I believe that there are seasons in our lives where God calls us into therapy because it is part of our spiritual formation. Sometimes it is because the issues we face get in the way of our emotional and spiritual wellness. Other times therapy can widen our ability to experience new life and depth in our relationships with each other, with ourselves, and with God.
